Payment

Payment via PayPal is accepted at Fourth Rock Records. Buyer is responsible for shipping.

Standard shipping in the U.S. via Media Mail is $4.95 per album and $.50 for each additional album.

International sales are subject to individual quote for shipping, and buyer is responsible for any custom or tax fees.


Shipping Policy and Delivery Times

Fourth Rock Records ships records from both Texas and Florida, depending on the item ordered. We ship Tues-Saturday, excluding holidays.

Standard shipping in the U.S. via Media Mail is $4.95 per album and .50 for each additional album. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, and free local pickup is available as an option for our local customers in Central Texas. Other shipping options are available and custom priced. To inquire about other shipping options, please contact us using the Contact Us form.

Our typical handling time is 24 to 48 hours. Shipping times will vary based on the destination and the method used, but our standard is Media Mail, which is typically 6 to 8 days delivered to anywhere in the United States.

Fourth Rock Records is not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as slow postal service delivery times, or service interruptions from the postal service.

Once an order is placed and paid for you, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once the item has been shipped or is ready for local pickup, you will receive a second email containing the confirmation along with pertinent details, such as tracking numbers.

Return Policy

New items

We will accept returns on new items within 14 days of receipt.

In the event you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us via the contact form on our site or by replying to your original order confirmation email.

We will refund the cost of the album and shipping or send the replacement item immediately upon receipt of the returned item to the same payment that was used to purchase the item.

There will not be a shipping charge for returns that have defects. Shipping will be charged for items that are returned for any other reason.

All items must be in original condition and show no signs of use, and must be returned in original vendor packaging.

Used items

We will accept returns on used items within 14 days of receipt if the online description is found to be incorrect by the buyer. We use Goldmine standards for grading all records.

In the event of a mistake in grading, please contact us via the contact form on our site or by replying to your original order confirmation email.

We will offer two options for returning items where we have made a mistake in grading: a mutually agreeable percentage discount based on the actual condition, or an offer of a full refund (including shipping charges).

In the case of discounts, refunds will be made immediately upon determination of the appropriate amount based on the above factors. In the case of returned items, refunds will be given immediately upon receipt of the returned item and to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please be aware that since used items are often one-of-a-kind, replacement is often not an option.
