We will refund the cost of the album and shipping or send the replacement item within 24 hours upon receipt of the returned item to the same payment that was used to purchase the item.
There will not be a shipping charge for returns that have defects. Shipping will be charged for items that are returned for any other reason.
All items must be in original condition and show no signs of use, and must be returned in original vendor packaging.

We will offer two options for returning items where we have made a mistake in grading: a mutually agreeable percentage discount based on the actual condition, or an offer of a full refund (including shipping charges).
In the case of discounts, refunds will be made within 24 hours of determination of the appropriate amount based on the above factors. In the case of returned items, refunds will be given within 24 hours upon receipt of the returned item and to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please be aware that since used items are often one-of-a-kind, replacement is often not an option.
